Whats a good recipe for low fat healthy salad dressing that i can make at home?

Balsamic viniger , Olive Oil, Garlic, fresh herbs !Whats a good recipe for low fat healthy salad dressing that i can make at home?
You can start a basic vinegrette with Olive Oil %26amp; vinegar.

I would use red wine vinegar for a formal affair though. you can add other ingredients once you know you want to go with a vinegrette and have found the level you like ( taste).

You pour some vinegar in a cup ( do not put a lot maybe 1/4 cup).

Next you drizzle slowly the oil as you beat it by hand with a spoon, fork, or anything Every so often you stop and taste a small amount to ensure it is to your liking, if not continue to drizzle a little more as you continue to incorporate it wth the vinegar.Whats a good recipe for low fat healthy salad dressing that i can make at home?
