What kind or what is the recipe for the bleu cheese salad dressing at Longhorn Steakhouse?

BLEU CHEESE DRESSING





1 (4 oz.) Bleu Cheese, crumbled


1 c. sour cream


1/2 env. cheese garlic dressing or to taste


1/4 c. milk


1 tbsp. vegetable oil


1 tbsp. lemon juice





Mix all ingredients well. Chill.





OR





BLEU CHEESE DIP OR DRESSING





6 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese


1 pt. Cain's mayonnaise


Juice of 1/2 lemon


1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


Fresh ground pepper


2 cloves garlic, crushed


1/2 tsp. thyme


1/4 tsp. tarragon


Lots of fresh parsley, finely snipped


1/2 tsp. dry mustard





Thin with sour cream if used as dressing.





OR





BLEU CHEESE DRESSING





1 c. mashed Bleu cheese


3 c. salad dressing


1/4 c. sugar


1/4 c. white wine vinegar


1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


1/4 tsp. garlic salt


Juice of 1/2 lemon





Mix all ingredients well. Store in glass jar tightly covered in refrigerator.





OR





BLEU CHEESE SALAD DRESSING





2 c. sour cream


2 tbsp. mayonnaise


1/2 tsp. garlic salt


1/2 tsp. paprika


1/2 tsp. black pepper


1/2 tsp. salt (can use less)


2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar


1/4-1/2 lb. crumbled bleu cheese


Dash Italian dressing, optional





Place all ingredients together except bleu cheese. Whip with wire whisk until well blended. Add crumbled bleu cheese and blend. Chill or serve immediately.





OR





BLEU CHEESE DRESSING





1 sm. onion, cut up


1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing


1/3 c. salad oil


1/4 c. catsup


2 tbsp. sugar


2 tbsp. vinegar


1 tsp. mustard


1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. paprika


1/4 tsp. celery seed


Dash of pepper


1 c. bleu cheese, crumbled (4 oz.)





Put all ingredients, except bleu cheese, into blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in the bleu cheese. Cover and chill. Serve over tossed salad
