2 cups boiled shrimp, chopped
3 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
2 hardboiled egg, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 ounce Italian salad dressing mix (half of a 1 oz. package)
Mix together the potatoes, celery, relish, eggs, and salt.
Mix together sour cream, mayo, and dry Italian dressing mix.
Combine the potatoe mixture with sour cream mixture; refrigerate.
To serve, add the shrimp and serve in a salad bowl lined with lettuce.Does anyone know a recipe for shrimp potato salad?

take potato salad,add shrimp
2 1/2-3 lb. boiled, shelled, deveined, chopped shrimp or
8 boiled peeled, med. Irish potatoes, chopped
1 c.green celery, chopped
1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. canned pimento, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. dried chives
Mayonnaise, salt, black pepper to taste
Do not use salad dressing. Combine shrimp (or potatoes), celery, green pepper, pimento, eggs and chives, salt and pepper; mix well. Add mayonnaise. Gradually, being careful not to use too much, sprinkle top with paprika. Garnish with sliced boiled egg, pickles, or strips of bell pepper, pretty on lettuce leaves.
Ingredients:
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. shrimp, drained
Instructions:
Let all combined stand in refrigerator at
least 3 hours. Before serving add 1 can
of chow mein noodles.
