Pretzel Salad
From the kitchen of Anna Money
Crust:
9 oz. package of pretzels
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 3/4 stick butter or margarine
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 oz.) package Kool Whip (or equivalent whipped topping)
Topping:
1 large package strawberry Jell-O (or equivalent flavored gelatin)
2 cups hot water
2 ten oz. packages of frozen strawberries
Make crust first. Start by crushing the pretzels either in blender or food processor. Add 3 tablespoon sugar. Mix fine pretzels and sugar with 1 3/4 stick melted margarine. Press in a glass 9 x 13 container and bake at 375掳 for 8 minutes. Cool well.
Add the filling. Mix cream cheese with one cup sugar. Mix well. Add the Kool Whip and pour over the cooled crust.
Mix the Jell-O with hot water (do not add the cold water as you normally do to the Jell-O) add the frozen strawberries. When cool, pour over the filling and refrigerate until time to serve.Does anyone have a recipe for a strawberry salad that has marshmallow cream mixed with whipped topping in it?
I found this recipe. It can be adapted as a salad.

This could be adapted w/more berries. Or, make as a salad rather than a pie!
STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW PIE
1 crust pie shell
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
(use no syrup)
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
16 large marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Bake pie shell.
Thaw and drain frozen strawberries.
Set aside. Combine strawberry jello with boiling water.
Mix until jello is completely dissolved. Add syrup from strawberries plus enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Mix well.
Chill until partially set. In a saucepan, combine
marshmallows and milk (cook over low heat and cool). Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Set aside; add drained, thawed strawberries to partially set jello. Combine the strawberries-jello mixture to the marshmallows-whipped cream mixture. Fold
together and put in your baked crust and chill until firm in refrigerator.
