What is a good recipe for a tuna salad to serve one?

Tuna Salad

1 Egg, hard-boiled, chopped 2 T Mayonnaise


2 T Dill relish (heaping) 1 t Louisiana hot sauce


2 t Poupon mustard 1 ea 6 1/2 oz can tuna,


drained





Combine eggs and dill relish. Add the rest of the ingredients,


except tuna, and mix really well. Then add tuna. If the mixture


is dry, add some more mayonnaise.


This is fine for a sandwich or over tossed greens.What is a good recipe for a tuna salad to serve one?
Here is how I make my tuna for one.


One can of tuna, drained.


Equal amount of bread crumbs(seasoned or unseasoned)


Mayo or mircle wip to your liking


One level tablespoon dryed or minced onion


Mix all together and leave in frig for about 10 minutes. Done.


Make a sandwich or mix with some lettuce top with grated cheese.What is a good recipe for a tuna salad to serve one?
Can of White Chunked Tuna drained


Tuna in a bowl


4 Tbs pickle relish


1/2C mayonaise


1/2 tsp celery seed


1/4C diced celery


1/4C diced onion


1/8 tsp blk pepper

';Tuna Buffet Salad'; - 24 servings





8 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (1 pound, 8 oz.)


10 (9 1/4 oz.) cans tuna; drained and flaked


4 large cucumbers; pared and diced (about 6 cups)


1/2 cup grated onion


2 1/2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise


1 tbsp. salt


1 1/2 tsp. pepper


Lemon wedges


1/2 cup snipped parsley


Paprika





Cook macaroni as directed on package except - use 3 times the amount of water and salt. Drain; rinse in cold water.


Combine macaroni, tuna, cucumber and onion in large bowl. Mix salad dressing, salt and pepper; pour over macaroni mixture and toss. Chill thoroughly. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and paprika.
Open can...insert fork! Bon Apetit!
Crunchy Tuna-and-Almond Salad:





Use crackers, Melba toast, or bagel chips to scoop this curry-kissed salad, or try it between two slices of multigrain bread.





3/4 cup light mayonnaise


1 teaspoon grated lemon rind


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


1/2 teaspoon curry powder


1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


1 (13-ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked


1/2 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed


2 celery ribs, chopped


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon pepper


1 (10-ounce) package mixed salad greens


1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted


1/2 cup chow mein noodles





Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Add tuna and next 4 ingredients; toss gently to coat. Serve over greens. Sprinkle with almonds and noodles.





Yield: Makes 6 servings
1 can Tuna, crackers, egg, onion, sweet or sour pickles, make into patties and fry, just like a hamburger. Luv it.
