I recently bought Publix brand, packaged, New York style potato salad and really liked it. Its a little different from the simple southern potato salad I am used to. Which consists only of potatoes, eggs, dill pickle chips, and specifically Blue Plate Mayonnaise.
I'm not sure what exactly it is that makes a potato salad New York style? But, I am looking for any good recipes so I can try to make it at home.Anyone have a good recipe for New York Style potato salad?
