Scalloped Potato's and Ham...if you don't want to make homemade scalloped potatoes, buy a good box brand, stir in some shredded cheese, and toss in some chunks of left over ham. EASY, time saver, and good!
I use mine in ham and beans.
Scalloped Potatoes this is the recipe I use adding the ham and 1/2 c. extra cream. http://food.yahoo.com/recipes/martha-ste鈥?/a> It seems like a lot of work, but totally worth it.
Also, quiche. This is the basic recipe I use and add all types of things to it. Broccoli and ham are often used. Just make sure that your broccoli is well drained before you add it to the quiche. http://food.yahoo.com/recipes/martha-ste鈥?/a>
I also made this sandwich I saw on Paula Dean. It's really rich, but good. If you are feeding a crowd cut the sandwich into quarters and serve. They are great. http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/鈥?/a>
