Whats a really tasty salad recipe?

my family and i get bored of the same old kind that all taste the sameWhats a really tasty salad recipe?
i really like to keep it simple.

use your fav kinda salad leaves, i really like a mix of Rocket,Fris茅e and Radicchio.

i tend to chop the big salag leaves into chunky strips, so its an easier mouthful.

then i would chop up some lovely fresh tomatoes into square(ish) chunks, and also some cuecumber also into square(ish) chunks.

i then add really finly chopped red onion, if you dont like it so strong maybe opt for spring onion.

to finish it all up i would make a dressing with either balsamic vinigar or cider vinigar, mixed with a good olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper!

can you help with mine?

Taco Salad

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef cooked and drained very well

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 head of lettuce cut into bite sized pieces

1/2 to 1 whole green pepper chopped

2 scallions chopped into rounds

1 large tomato seeded and chopped

1/2 can of black olives cut in half

8 ounces of shredded cheese

1 bottle of Catalina dressing

1 bag of nacho cheese Doretoes slightly crunched up

You can mix all ingredients except the dressing and crunched up doretoes before hand. I normally wait and I will even keep the tomatoes and cheese separate until right before serving. Do not add the dressing and chips until right before serving. The chips tend to get soggy.
