Looking for a recipe that is so delicious-called Autumn Salad, I think.?

some ingredients are celery, apples, pineapple, jello, sugar, cream cheese, cool whip - maybe more and what amounts or how put together -been looking thru recipe sites online-endless!Looking for a recipe that is so delicious-called Autumn Salad, I think.?
I know EXACTLY what you are talking about....BUT I am at work at the recipe is at home. I can e-mail it to you later tonight if you want.....ingredients are:


lemon jello


cool whip


pineapple


cream cheese


chopped celery


chopped apple


sugar


nuts if you like.....


This is one of my favorites!!!

INGREDIENTS


1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice


2/3 cup white sugar (I use splenda)


1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin mix (I use sugar free)


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened


1 cup diced, unpeeled apples (I use Granny Smith)


1 cup chopped nuts


1 cup chopped celery


1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed





DIRECTIONS


In a medium saucepan over medium heat, boil the pineapple and sugar 3 minutes. Mix in the lemon gelatin mix, stirring until dissolved. Stir in the cream cheese. Remove from heat and allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes.


Gently fold the apples, nuts, celery and whipped topping into the mixture. Transfer to a 9x9 inch square pan or in a bowl. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.Looking for a recipe that is so delicious-called Autumn Salad, I think.?
It sounds kind of like a version of AMBROSIA...try looking up that. :)
Autumn Salad





2 tb Butter


3 oz Walnut halves


1/4 c Seasoned rice vinegar


1 ts Honey


1 tb Dijon mustard


1 md Head green leaf


-lettuce; torn into


-bite-size pcs.


1 md Head red leaf lettuce;


-torn into bite-size pcs.


1 Red bell pepper; cored,


-seeded; and cut into strips


3/4 c Peeled; julienned jicama


1/2 lb Fresh figs; ends trimmed and


-quartered





In small skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add walnuts and toast gently,


watching closely to prevent burning. Remove with slotted spoon and drain


on paper towels. Cool to room temperature. In small bowl combine vinegar,


honey, and mustard. Whisk to blend and set aside. In large bowl combine


lettuce, bell pepper, jicama, and figs. Add dressing, toss to coat, and


sprinkle with reserved walnuts. Serves 6.

Yields: 6 servings


';Elegant and different salad full of carrots, pecans, pears, and raisins. Great any time of year!';





INGREDIENTS:


1 1/2 cups shredded carrots


1/3 cup chopped pecans


1/3 cup raisins


1/3 cup French dressing


1 (15 ounce) can pear halves





1/2 cup chopped pitted dates


1 (3 ounce) package cream


cheese, softened


1 head green leaf lettuce,


rinsed





DIRECTIONS:


1. In a medium bowl, combine carrots, pecans, raisins and enough French dressing to moisten. Mix lightly and chill.





2. Drain pears, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup. In a small bowl, combine reserved syrup, dates and softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.





3. Fill each pear half with cream cheese mixture. Spoon the carrot mixture onto 6 salad plates covered with lettuce leaves and place one pear half on each plate.
Here you go, its from my moms kitchen. But Im sure its on a recipe site too.





Autum Fruit Salad


20 min prep | SERVES 4


Add other fruits, veggies or nuts as desired. I always have.





2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into chunks


1 cup red seedless grapes, halved


1 cup mandarin oranges, drained


1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows


1 lime, zest of


8 ounces vanilla yogurt


1/4 cup pecans, chopped


Directions


1mix all ingredients together with chopped nuts. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.





Ive added, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, black berries, rubarb, mandarin oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, candied fruits what ever I felt like and wanted to add.

Ambrosia


Ingredients


6 cups orange sections, seeds %26amp;,membranes removed


3 cups fresh pineapple, chopped


3 cups fresh coconut, shredded


1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, halved,drained,and rinsed


powdered sugar


Lemon Jello


Orange jello


or other flavor you like


Directions


1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.


2Cover and refrigerate.

There are as many recipes for autumn salad as there are cooks..but,...What your describing sounds more like an ambrosia .
