I'm looking for the oldbay recipe for spicy shrimp salad.?

i have misplaced my oldbay cookbook %26amp; have searched the web, but haven't come up with this particular recipe. does anyone have a oldbay cookbook . it is listed under salads.

1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined


1/4 cup mayonnaise


1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning


1 small red bell pepper, chopped


1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped


1/2 cup chopped green onions


1/2 cup chopped celery


Radicchio or butter lettuce leaves





Cook shrimp in medium pot of boiling salted water until just opaque in center, about 4 minutes. Drain shrimp and cool. Combine mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning in large bowl. Add bell peppers, green onions, celery and shrimp. Toss to blend well. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange 1 lettuce leaf on each plate. Spoon salad into leaves and serve.





Makes 6 appetizer or 4 main-course servings.

OLD BAY Fresh Shrimp Salad


Fresh shrimp salad served on a croissant or stuffed in a fresh tomato makes a refreshing lunch or light supper.


Ingredients





1/3 cup mayonnaise


1/3 cup chopped celery


1 1/2 teaspoons OLD BAY庐 Seasoning


1 teaspoon lemon juice


1 pound medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined


Directions





1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Cover.





2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.





3. Stir before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce, or in a croissant or sandwich roll.





To Cook Shrimp: Bring 1 cup water to boil in medium saucepan. Add unpeeled shrimp; cover. Cook about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Drain; cool shrimp. Remove shells and devein.





Makes 4 servings.
