A really simple but delicious recipe is to just wash, core and then cut the tomatoes into bite size pieces (sometimes this means wedges and sometimes I cut it in half horizontally and then wedge it). Then add in a little Marzetti's cole slaw dressing and some fresh chopped basil, chives and parsley! Add some sliced or chunked cucumbers also if you want. The juice from the tomatoes thins out any dressing you put on it so it doesn't need very much dressing. Add some green onions instead of chives if desired.

Lots of variations to suit your preference!
