The best recipe is one that you make yourself and everyone loves it. I know, no help...um, how about mix it up with a few boiled eggs, some chunks of fresh vegies like carrots and radishes (colour says a lot!), and peas. Sprinkle the finished product with some paprika.
I usually add a few teaspoon of sweet relish (you know the kind you put in hot dogs) to any recipe. Tuna, mayo, chopped red and green peppers, green onions, salt and pepper and the secret ingredien: sweet relish. Keep tasting as you combine the ingrediens. I have no official quantitie, I just watched my mom do it and tried to remember as best I could, she never measured anything and everything she made always tasted good.
a good recipe no, but one that has kept many a bachelor and inept chef alive.

Mix one box kraft macaroni and cheese with one can tuna fish. For Added delight you can miz in canned corn or frozen peas. no baking required. My friend Jimmy said it was good. And I still eat something like this even though I'm no longer an inept bachelor except the gourmet version has not Kraft macaroni and powedered cheese but the real thing (pasta shells) and mix with sauteed onions mushroms and peas.
Do you mean tuna casserole? I just use tuna, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, peas (caned %26amp; drained), and noodles. Cook the noodles like on the box. Mix it all up in a casserole dish and bake for about 30 min at 350. Then sprinkle with potato chips and bake 5 min more.
This is good and easy.
