a cap full of red wine vinegar

And if it's white bread, it must be toasted and topped with sliced pickles.

Tuna, mayo, onion and garlic powder (or Adobo), pepper, a little Worcestershire sauce and a couple drops of yellow mustard.
Onions. If you have a blender mix the Tuna ,Mayo and onions together and you will have the best sandwich you can have. If you don't have a blender just cut the onions up small. You can also use lettuce and tomato.

Tuna salad

4 servings

Flake with a fork into a medium bowl:

One 6-ounce can water-packed tuna, drained, or 1 cup leftover grilled, poached, or saut茅ed tuna

Add and stir together well

1/2 cup diced clery or diced, seeded, and peeled cucumber

1/4 cup mayonnaise, or to taste

1 tablespoon drained capers (optional)

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Refrigerate until cold.
1 can large tuna in water, 1/3 cup mayo, 2 tea spoons mustard, 1 celery stick chopped, 2 table spoons pickle relish, 1 boiled egg chopped, 1/4 tea spoon of garlic salt

I usually add more mayo than what it calls for.

My mother used to put in chunks of apples substitute the mayo for Miracle Whip and leave out the garlic salt.

Hope this helps
You can put lots of different things in. I don't put too many different items in the same sandwich (flavor overload) but here are some of the things I use:

chopped celery

chopped green apple

sweet pickle relish

Dijon mustard

capers

srirachi sauce

cayenne pepper

Yum!
